RETURN POLICIES
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Skincare By Sade purchase, Skincare By Sade is formulated in small batches to insure quality. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are finale. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
Damage Products Policy:
Skincare By Sade does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such a case, please send a photo of the damaged items with the tracking number to hello@sadeskinco.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace it for you.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
We are not responsible for lost packages.
All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 day after confirmation of damaged products is received.
We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

At Sade Skin Co., we believe in providing top-notch skincare products and services to our customers. To make the delivery process seamless, here is all the information you need to know about our shipping policy.
Most orders process and ship in 1-3 business days but there are sometimes delays due to order volume or inventory. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number and carrier details. This information can also be found under “My Account” > “Orders” on sadeskinco.com.
Domestic Shipping: We are based in the United States and currently offer domestic shipping within the United States and Canada. The shipping fee will be calculated based on the standard rates. Our primary carriers are USPS and UPS, but we reserve the right to use alternative carriers.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not fully support international shipping. However, we make exceptions in special cases, but the shipping cost will be determined by weight, and the customer is responsible for any duties or additional fees that may incur.
Order Fulfillment: Please allow 2-5 business days for processing your online order. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, but due to nationwide carrier delays, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in 5-7 business days. Information Accuracy: Please double-check the information you provide at checkout. If you enter incorrect information, but do not reach out to us before the order has shipped, there will be an additional waiting period, and you may incur an additional shipping charge for the new shipment.
